Assess the planning to date and pick up
Liaise with venue and touch base with all suppliers
Finalise all supplier details for the big day itself
Look at guest list and assist with seating plan
Meet with the venue to ensure everything is in hand and organised
Tie everything up and be the point of contact (if required) until the big day
